Elaia extra virgin olive oil is extracted from the koroneiki olive type, which is one of the oldest and most well known type of olive since the ancient mythological times of King Minos three generations before the Trojan war, and most suitable for producing the finest quality extra virgin olive oil.
The olives used for the production of Elaia extra virgin olive oil were ripened so as to give it the delicate taste and aroma of ripe olives accompained with the pleasant fruty taste. As such, Elaia olive oil offers a harmonic combination of quality and taste for your daily meal.
Elaia premium extra virgin oilive oil is obtained directly from olives solely by mechanical means using cold extraction.
The olive crops used for this olive oil are solely coming from PEZA regions. The quality and production proccess of this product is regularely audited and supervised by inspectors of the EU and the G.M.A Greek Ministry of Agriculture.
