Details:
Roman soldiers would stop to fill their water vessels at the source, situated at the foot of a series of limestone hills, before going out to conquer new lands. The pure water source became known as Solé - ‘Sun’.
Solé sparkling has a soft and light carbonation, the sensation of which lasts long after the water has been swallowed. It is actually very more-ish, so the bottle may be finished faster than expected!
