What types of bottled water and soft drinks do you offer?
We offer an extensive range of products, including Natural Mineral Water, Naturally Carbonated Natural Mineral Water, still and sparkling waters, flavoured waters, soft drinks, coconut waters, as well as tonics and mixers. We also provide snacks to complement our beverage offerings.
Are your bottled waters available on a trade basis?
Yes, many of our products are available through a trade service, which allows you to receive regular deliveries of your favourite waters and beverages for your trade. Learn more at our trade enquiries page.
What are Aqua Amore’s operating hours?
Our operation runs from Monday to Friday, from 9 am to 5:30 pm, ensuring efficient and reliable service throughout the day. We do not operate on weekends.
How does Aqua Amore manage its deliveries?
We manage our deliveries to London and North Surrey with in-house expertise and unique know-how, using our dedicated warehouse team and experienced driving staff. This allows us to maintain a high level of service and meet our customers’ specific requirements.
Do you offer eco-friendly packaging?
When delivered with our own drivers, we mostly retain the original boxes in which the products are delivered to us. When shipping by courier, we repackage into extremely robust recyclable packaging to withstand mishandling.
Do you recycle/collect empty bottles?
We are unable to collect empty bottles for health and safety reasons. However, at the foot of each order confirmation email, there is a link to locate you to your local recycling centre, should your local council not collect that particular form of packaging.
Can I collect my order?
Orders over £60 can be collected. Once you place your order, email us at hello@aqua-amore.com for a refund of your shipping fees. Once your order has been paid for, you can make a collection from our CR0 warehouse.
