Discovered by Mr Cox in South of England and successfully introduced in France at the end of the 19th century, this variety is unique by its acidulated aromas, rough skin and sharp flavours.
It is nowadays grown in Normandy which offers the ideal weather conditions. This unfiltered creamy white Cox's apple juice, with a fluid, slightly pulpy texture, will seduce you with its freshness and aromatic power, as well as its beautiful persistence.
