This chalk-colored nectar, with a pulpy texture, will seduce you with its freshness and aromatic power, as well as its aromas of fresh flesh.

This year, its coloring may tend towards pink. It is indeed a white peach but the flesh adhesions to the stone are exceptionally colored. This does not call into question the flavor profile or texture. It's actually a very good year for stone fruits.
