With the aroma and taste of freshly squeezed lemons, including ‘sfumatrice’ oils from the highest quality Sicilian lemons, Fever Tree have created a perfect mixer for the best vodkas, gins or rums. A clear, sparkling lemonade using 3% juice and sfumatrice extracts of Sicilian lemons. Try with Pimms or fruit cup, or in any long drink where clear lemonade will lengthen the enjoyment.
TASTE
Our Premium Lemonade has a crisp, clean taste that allows the spirit its paired with to shine through without overpowering it. The subtle lemon flavour is brought out by the gentle carbonation.
KEY INGREDIENTS
The spring water we use in our Premium Lemonade is carbonated with very fine bubbles to produce a silky mouthfeel. To this, we add a small amount of lemon juice and naturally sourced fruit sugar that produces a delicate and refreshing lemonade with no cloying aftertaste.
TASTING NOTES:
COLOUR Cloudy with visible lemon sediment.
AROMA A fresh, vibrant aroma of freshly squeezed lemons.
FLAVOUR The vibrant lemon freshness is tempered with a perfect balance between sweetness and acidity. This balance ensures that the original flavours and mouth-feel of the great spirits remains unaltered.
